This course provides CenterStone users with an overview of how the CenterStone Lease Management interface works. The course also covers in detail how users can manage lease records within CenterStone. Examples of Lease Management in CenterStone include; associating lease records to structural units (sites, buildings, spaces, etc.) and updating lease records to reflect current activity within a lease (escalators, clauses and amendments). In addition to these activities, this course will also cover how users can report on lease management data within CenterStone.
