EXPERIENCES CONTINUED GROWTH IN Q1 2007

Manhattan Software Acquires Eight New Clients
And Expands Existing Relationships with Several Others    

 
NEW YORK – April 11, 2007 – Manhattan Software, Inc., a full service provider of a global  integrated workplace management system (IWMS), today announced the addition of seven new  companies to their growing client roster, and the renewal/expansion of eight existing contracts.  Today’s announcement further demonstrates Manhattan Software’s leadership and continued  growth in the corporate real estate management solutions industry.

Companies that will begin integrating Manhattan’s web-based solutions include: Merck & Co., Inc;  Latham & Watkins LLP; Risk Management; TCN Property Management; Carrick Property  Management; Imagine Homes; Associated British Foods and KFN.  They join companies like  Duke Energy, Bank of America, NetApps, Astra Zeneca, Royal Dutch/Shell Oil, and Lloyds TSB  who will continue to utilize, and in some cases expand their use of, the Manhattan and  CenterStone tools to further improve and optimize their real estate portfolio to create competitive  advantages and improve performance by enabling seamless workplace operations.
