Craig Gillespie Assumes the Role of CEO for Manhattan Software, Inc. BOSTON – January 29, 2008 - Manhattan Software has announced today that Craig Gillespie will be the new Chief Executive Officer for the company. The company is the leading provider of facility management and corporate real estate software solutions for the global market. Mr. Gillespie has been with Manhattan for over 5 years, most recently serving as the company’s CFO for the last 2 years. Mr. Gillespie has more than 15 years of executive and financial management experience in both publicly traded and venture-backed private companies. Ian Cameron will be changing his role to serve as a strategic advisor to the company continuing to focus on global market development.
